RE: The Troy!

Cinza - sounds like such a tough day, but I guess somebody has to do it! LOL I haven't been doing very well this past week, there has been so much going on in our lives, lots of stress. Of course the only thing that helps stress for me is working out! Or meditating. But no matter what I did or didn't do on any given day, I kept doing the stepups! And later the pushups. I am determined to master it to whatever degree I can.

Debbie - glad to know I'm not the only one with bra bubbles! What you did with your class sounds great. I think after another week or so I will start adding one per session, and see what happens. Generally speaking, I feel that 3 pushups done with good form are better than 30 sloppy ones. But I want to see if I can push up the number of quality pushups I can do. Also, the bra bubbles part just roped me in!! I have to see if I can get rid of them!

You guys are a constant source of inspiration for me (& laughter). Take care! (Oh, Cinza forgot to mention cannot find Troy site. Any ideas? Glad you love your new barbell!)

shoot, i almost did not see the "drop and give me 15" ...and i am at work...and i promised i would do it!! and its body sculpting day so i am going to really have my share today!!

Here it goes !! Dropping!! at the office??!!

hot dang! i did it... in the lounge...keeping that 16 ounces of starbucks down was the biggest challenge!!
