Hi Debbie!

I have a quick question for you...I don't know if you'll have the answer but I'll give it a shot...

I know that the Cathe road trip is booked up. I couldn't go overnight anyway but I had thought about coming for the day because I am only a couple hours ride from the club...so would it be possible for me to hang with everyone with out actually being a "registered road-tripper"??

I'm hoping the answer is YES too. Husbands are allowed to use the facilities. Could Wendy be a husband for a day?
 
Hi Wendy! I want you to come sooo very badly. I know that SNM has said that you cannot particpate even for day unless you are a paid-registered attendee. Let me run this by them and I will be back as soon as I hear. My eyes, fingers and toes are crossed!

Hi Wendy! I got a reponse: I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it is not possible! Waaaah! I am sooo sorry. The basic reason being is that those coming have paid full price including some that are only attending one event or coming for a couple hours. It would not be fair to those that did pay full price or possibly those that wanted to do the same thing as you but didn't think they could. You are such a sweetie and I know there are 110 others coming that would love to meet you. I hope that you can make the next roadtrip. (should one be planned.) I am sooo, sooo sorry! :-(

Why not buy a day pass? Aren't those available? Surely the entire club won't be closed to its regular members just because we are there. I haven't looked at her new site since it opened, but it seems like there was something about a day pass before. Would the aerobics sessions be closed to regular members?

Just a thought ~ don't know if it would be possible or not.

Thanks for trying Debbie! I wish they had given an option and a different price for people who just wanted to attend for one day. That would have been perfect for me. Oh well. I'm bummed that I won't get to meet you all but like you said Debbie...maybe I'll have the opportunity next year!

Sara, I don't know if any of the roadtrippers' activities are mixed with the regular club members. If enough of them are, it's a thought...Debbie, if you read this...do you know the answer to that one?

What if we all chipped in a buck or two so that Wendy could join us for the day?? Would that cover the cost of attendance?

No, we will not be involved with regular members of the club because there is not enough room in the room we will be using. Cathe laid out 110 steps and it was full to capacity. Angie, the problem is not Wendy being able to afford to come even if we all chipped in but rather that the trip is full and there is a waiting list. Does that make sense? I hate being the bad guy & the bearer of this very sad news because I want to meet Wendy TOO. Waaaah!

Wendy - is there any chance you could come and do a social thing with us on the Friday or Saturday evening? I know you probably wanted to take a class and see the club, but at least we'd get to meet! And you could bring the BABY!:)
 
Wendy! You're very welcome. I wish the answer could have been different. Thanks sooo much for understanding. BTW, I just looked at your picture trail again and you are too dang cute. Is black your natural hair color if I am not being too nosey? I see in your honeymoon pic that your hair seems blonde. I LOVE the black, short style on you. Too, too cute. (And you KNOW I am partial to Joey! He is such a sweetheart! Don't think I will ever look at him without thinking of my brother.)

That's a thought Shelley...it's a decent ride so I wouldn't want to be out too late but it might work out...depends on the timing really and what you all wanted to do...let's build on this idea and see what we can come up with! :)
