Hi Debbie,
I have been doing BFL style training since Jan. of this year! I got bored and started one of your rotations! I am starting in my third week of "Muscle Building & Defining Rotation". All I can say is "WOW"! I am sore since day one! LOL! EVERY muscle in my body is sore!I really enjoy your rotation! Last night I did PUB Legs standing only/ MM legs (I messed up on that one, I did All the legs but not the premix!)+ PLB Floorwork! My legs where shaking and screaming! All I wanted to do is lay on the floor and don't move anymore! LOL! Since I have been doing heavy lifting (I have been working really hard!), is it ok to take a week off from lifting heavy? I know some people do and some don't! Sorry, if this question has been ask before, I don't have a lot of time to search! I am getting ready to move my furniture in July back to Germany! Long story! What rotation do you recommend after this rotation? I am starting to see nice muscle definition with heavy lifting and starting to see muscles in my abs!
