I just started doing all Cathe 4 months ago after years of the FIRM. I love reading the advice you give on these forums and hope you do not mind answering a question for me.
My lower body is much more toned than my upper body and I tend to build muscle easily. I also I am not the cleanest eater (Iam trying). Which of your rotations would you recommend?
 
I think you'd be ok doing one lower body workout a week with weights, which is what I recommend anyways. With that in mind, what else are you trying to accomplish? Building muscle mass? Toning? Losing Body Fat?

Losing body fat would be first, toning second. I build muscle easily, so that area is not a problem.
