Good Morning Girls
Today was KPC, which I was going to switch with Rhythmic Step, but the dvd started and I ended up enjoying it alot!! I was a little sore this morning, abs and biceps, from drill max. I always forget, you work your abs in drill max- that functional fitness thing
I have a lot on my plate today, I don't know if I'll be back- working at the nursery school 9-2 then over to the elementary school to teach the hustle, whew!!. I am taking a cliff bar with me, of course I am worrried when I am going to eat my mid day snack- LOL!
