Deanines Rotation Check In Saturday 2/17

Good Morning Girls:)

Today I did MIS! This was only the second time I did this workout all the way thru. It is hard, but I liked it. I did the same weights as Cathe except the biceps, I dropped to a 25# barbell. I will say though, I am happy next week is a rest week. I am looking forward to it!!

Good Morning!
I did post late yesterday afternoon. Don't want you guys to think that I had forgotten about you!:)
I did Baron Baptiste 66 min. yoga tape. I am also happy that next week is a rest week. I don't think I have ever taken a "rest" week in all the years I have been working out.:p Maybe that is what is wrong with me!:eek:
