Good Morning Girls
I hope you all had a great weekend!- and your team won last night!!
Today was PH for me. I love this workout!! It was my first weight workout with Cathe and I always enjoy it! Since we haven't done muscle endurance for a while, I stuck with Cathes weights she used(except tri- I used 20# barbell instead of 25#) I was happy with that! I also love the abs from PH. Sometimes I tack them on to other workouts- They are short and work all ab muscles. My DH noticed I have PH on video, and I explained I still have 2 more dvds to get to have all Cathes workouts on dvd, and he said, just get them!! So I did I ordered last night and hope to have them on Wed.!!! (I actually still need cardio hits, but I rarely use them, so I'm happy to keep the vhs')
Tracee- Wasn't it hard to adjust not doing the weights slow and heavy? It took me a while to get used to it! I made some changes to the week:
1: PH
2: CF all step
3: DM
4: KPC
5: Power Max/ Rhythmic STep/Imax blasts only(will pick one that morning- want to do them all!! not all at once,- but I haven't done them in a while, and want to)
6: PH (hopefully will have my new dvd)
7: off
week 2:
Day 1: ME
Day 2: Imax of choice
Day 3: BC
Day 4: CK
Day 5: MIS (doing ab work on long step)
Day 6: Step Blast
Day 7: off
Gin- CM/CK is a great valentines gift!Hope your KM workout worked for you!!
