Good Morning Girls!

Welcome back Gin!

Okay, loser that I am, I am now programed to be at my computer about 8 am every morning!!!LOL :) Even today, when I slept till 7:30 on my rest day. It was wonderful waking up so late!!!!

Marcy- enjoy BC today. I love that workout. I can't believe I have 4 more weeks in this rotation and have my next rotation already chosen!:)

Tracee- I feel for you about your 2 year old, we've all been there! Believe it or not, one day you will miss that. (like when she's 7, you go to kiss her or hold her hand in the parking lot, and she goes-"mommmmm") :) I'm glad you'll be joining us for Debbies rotation in 4 weeks!

Gin- I hope you had a great vacation!! The hiking sounds fun. and good for you losing a lb. on vacation!! HOw is your leg? You probably haven't thought of what to do yet, but we are finishing out this rotation and then going on to Debbies. Would you like to join us? Both this and Debbies rotation does not have alot of cardio.

Good Morning Girls!
Vacation was wonderful and hard to come back home! I took a 3 hour nap and then slept 10 hours last night.
My leg does not hurt when I walk on it, but cardio and running will be the test. I am thinking of trying Low Max this morning.
I know that I am a stress eater, because I always seem to lose on vacations!! I just want to lose 3-4 lbs, not a lot.
Tell where I can find Debbie's rotation and I would love to be doing the same rotation as the rest of you.

Have a great day! Even though it was tough to leave paradise;) , it is good to be back home!! I missed chatting with you girls. Guess that makes me a big nerd!!:)

Hey Gin- I'm glad you had a great vacation! You can find Debbies rotation in the rotation forum under "muscle building and staying lean jan. 07 rotation". We will be starting this in 4 weeks and would love to have you join us.:) We (tracee and i) still have one week left of S&H and 2 of muscle endurance , and one recovery week. Will you be doing your own rotation till Debbies?

Welcome back, Gin. We missed you. Glad your leg is better. Congrats on losing a pound on vacation. I don't think that's ever happened to me. Hope you enjoyed Low Max.

Looks like all of us will be doing Debbie's rotation in a month. That sounds great.

Didn't get to do anything yesterday. Too busy cleaning up after the painter left, washing curtains, vacuuming, etc. My DH is sick today and lying on the living room couch so I don't know if I'll get in BC today. Maybe later.

Tracee - Deanie's right. Don't sweat the small stuff. Once they become teenagers, they lock themselves in their rooms and you never see them except for dinner. I know sometimes it may be annoying, but be thankful for as much time as you have with your DD now. One day you wake up, and they're all grown up.

Thank you for the nice "welcome back"!:D It is good to be back, except I really miss that 80 degree weather!!
I did Low Max and 1 segment of Core Max this morning and my leg is sore again after the Low Max, so it's back to swim-only cardio for a few weeks. I would like to join in with what you guys are doing (what I can do). I have a rotation that I think is yours, Deanie. Are you starting with S&H chest and back tomorrow? Then the next day is Cardio: Imax or BM2 premix? Do you have 4 more weeks and then start Debbie's rotation on Feb.26? I just want to be on the same page with you guys, somewhat.:7

Gin- here's my rotation- starting tomorrow. I may have made some changes from what you had. Also, my inlaws are coming this weekend (arrgghhh!x( ) so I'm taking the weekend off.
Week 3
Day 1: S&H chest and back/abs
Day 2: Gauntlet cardio only (can sub Imax 2 if don't have gauntlet)
Day 3: S&H bi and tri/abs
Day 4: CK
Day 5: S&H legs and shoulders & abs
Day 6: off
Day 7: off

2 weeks
Muscle Endurance
Day 1: PH
Day 2: Imax mish mosh
Day 3: DM
Day 4: KPC
Day 5: PH
Day 6: Power Max
Day 7: off

Day 1: ME
Day 2: BM2 scrambled eggs (just cardio)/Or Imax of choice
Day 3: BC
Day 4: CK
Day 5: ME
Day 6: Step Blast/SJP abs
Day 7: off

Then I ( and I think Tracee) am taking a recovery week:
day 1: yoga
day 2: 2 sections core max
day 3: KPC or Cardio Kicks
day 4: 2 sections stretch max
day 5: core workout
day 6: yoga
day 7: rest or stretch


Not alot of cardio, so hopefully this will work for you. And then yes, Debbies rotation on Feb. 26th.
