Good Morning Girls
Today was S&H legs and shoulders for me. I ended up doing the workout as is. I think next week I will change it. I did 55# for squats and 50# for lunges and 45# for plie squats and then my shoulders were fatiqued from the barbell and I couldn't up my weights for shoulders! Legs got a good workout though No matter what I do, the last shoulder excersise I can never do more than 3#. Cathe does that excersise on another dvd, and I still do only 3#.
Marcy- count me in! Debbies rotaion in 4 weeks.
