Good Morning Ladies!
Gin and Deanie - thanks for mentioning the High Step workouts yesterday. I don't have either of them but I asked hubby to buy one of them for me for Christmas. He ordered late and it still hasn't arrived. I can't remember which one I asked him to get though. I loved your descriptions Deanie and I kind of hope that I'm going to get the High Step Challenge. I do not like leg presses and I know I would probably skip those most of the time if I had HSTA.
I slept in until 6:00 so I took the scheduled rest day. I wasn't planning on it but when my alarm went off at 5:00 I decided I was too tired and I should sleep another hour. I'm glad I did because my legs are sore from yesterdays KPC workout. Ouch!!
Gin - how are you doing with your no sweets challenge? I did good yesterday and didn't have anything sweet other than the chocolate milk.
Okay, time for me to get back to work so have a great day guys.
