OOPS!! I made a mistake and posted that today was monday:+
Here is my post:

Good Morning Girls

Today I did Core Synergistics and all I can say is WOW!! If this is the "rest" week, I think I may like to see what the real program is!! I really liked this workout! I agree with Gin that its not as hard as it looked, but it was a GREAT workout! I feel it already. I was able to do everything, including the bonus, but the plank to chatarunga run. I did the plank run, bent my elbows maybe an inch, and then did the run. I only did that twice, and then just did the run in plank. I have to say, I really felt the prison cell pushups!! I also really liked the count down clock. I didn't count my reps and was able to concentrate on form.

I'm not sure what I am going to do tomorrow. It is the only day I don't have to run out of the house at 9 am, so I'm thinking I would like to do BB next challenge, since I have some time.

Marcy- I'm glad you like DS yoga. You will love the 45 min. practice. (I hope )

Gin/Tracee- Hope you had a great workout today!

When is the presale?????!!

Have a good one-
BBL,

Deanie

Deanie - I posted on your other thread and then half way through saw that you made a new one so I've included my post from the other one below.

Gin - Thank you for the review of Core Syn. letting us know that it's not as scary as it looks at first. That made it easier for me to get up and do it this morning.

Have a great day.

Good Morning everyone.

Deanie - It's Tuesday!!!! Just thought I'd remind you that it's a short work week this week.

I also did Core Syn. and loved it. I really liked Tony as an instructor and loved the timer on the bottom too. I also liked that the name of the next exercise was written on the screen as well. I remember reading that some people didn't like Tony's corny style and I thought it might bother me too but it was quite the opposite. I thought he was very entertaining and he made it fun. I couldn't do the chatarunga runs either. I tried the first one and just let out a big laugh. Ha! I also had trouble on the Dreya rolls. I needed to use my hands a little bit to get up which surprised me.

Marcy - Glad to hear that all is well with your dad.

I just noticed that Deanie started another thread with Tuesday in the title so I'll stop here and add on to that one.

Good Morning Ladies!

I wasn't sure which thread to post, but since it is Tuesday I decided on this one!;-) I did 2 sections of StretchMax today....stability ball and band.
Deanie and Tracee--Glad you both enjoyed Core Syn. I thought it was great to have the clock and name of each exercise at the bottom of the screen also.
Have you guys thought about what rotation you might like to do next? Debbie's May rotation looks good. She uses a wide variety of Cathe's workouts and lists the total amt. of time.
I'm thinking Cathe might not have a presale. Could that happen? I hope I am wrong. I guess they start filming in a month?

Marcy--Have a great workout...Core Syn for you too?

Happy Day!:)

Hi Ladies!

Today was Core Syn for me. Here's my stats:

Stack Foot Stack Hand Pushups: 30 (up 10 from last time)
Banana Rolls - easier this time
Leaning Crescent Lunges - went up to 8# from 5# - really felt the difference
Squat Run - 5#
Sphinx Pushup - 13 (up 2 reps)
Bow to Boat - still a little tough
Low Lateral Skaters - these are easy for me (I lift the leg too!)
Lunge & Reach - 10#
Prison Cell Pushups: 9 (up 1 rep - these are still tough!)
Side hip raise - 17 each side (up 1 rep on each side)
Squat Xpress - 5#
Plank to Chaturanga Run (our favorite}( ) - these have actually gotten a little easier for me - still wasn't able to do it for the whole time though)
Walking pushups - not bad
Superman banana - these got much easier
Lunge Kickback Curl Press - 8# (up from 5#)
Towel Hopping - started out jumping but ended up one foot to one foot.
Reach hi and under pushups - good
Steam Engine - these are real easy for me.
Dreya Roll - just touch fingertips down slightly to get up.
Plank to Chaturanga ISO - I can hold the planks but the chaturanga iso hold I can only hold for a couple of seconds.
1/2 back - easy
Table Dip Leg Raise - 35 (same as last time)

Deanie: I'm glad you liked Core Syn. I love the countdown clock. I'm sure you'll like the whole program. Rest week isn't really supposed to be "rest", just different from what you've been doing the last 3 weeks to let the muscles recover. This is not an "easy" week. Tomorrow should be kickbox.

Tracee: Another lover of Core Syn and the countdown clock! I like his posting of the exercise on the bottom too. It helps to know what's coming up next. I don't mind Tony's style either. He gets a little corny at times but it's no problem for me. I really like working out with him.

Gin: Glad you liked it too. I would've felt bad if I recommended something you guys didn't like. I hope they have a presale but I've been somewhat on a buying binge lately so I can wait a little.

Have a great day! BBL.

Good Afternoon Ladies!
I am a little sore from CS yesterday in an odd place....on the sides of my waist near my back. Don't know what that area is called. Wonder if you guys will feel the same.
I am watching Ellen and see Ashley Judd on and I have to say as much as I WISH I looked like her, I don't at all. That sales girl last week really needed glasses!! We were in the same sorority ,though.;-)

Gin

Hi again!

Gin - I'm actually a little sore there too. I think it might be from the bow to boat exercise or maybe some of the pushups or possibly the lunge and reach. I also have DOMS in my biceps. I think it's from increasing the weight to 8# in the leaning crescent lunges and the lunge/kickback/curl/press. Any muscle that you haven't worked before or worked in a while you're probably going to feel some DOMS.

So now that we know you don't look like Ashley Judd, who do you really look like?
