I guess I am the only one here today. Been busy with out ot town company and taking them back to the airport.
I am going to do LIC Lower Body Circuit and abs in a minute since I was not able to workout this morning.
Hope everyone is having a good Sunday. I go back to work tomorrow and may not be able to post until aft., but I will continue to check-in with everyone!

I hope your first day back tomorrow is a good one. I'm not looking forward to getting my boys off to school tomorrow.
