Good Morning Ladies! I did BM2 Bootcamp premix and I really liked it. I enjoyed the way it was set up and I was able to do the whole 78 minutes with a few small exceptions. I couldn't complete all of the pushups, those wide pushups were really tough. Also, I started out using 12# for biceps and had to go to 10# in the middle of the concentration curls. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be feeling those tomorrow.
Also, this was the first dvd from the replacements that I've done and I didn't notice any problems. I'm not sure if it's because I did a premix but I was glad that I didn't have any issues.
