Good Morning all!
Today was KPC for me. I love this workout (big surprise!) I really felt it in my abs and arms and legs today! I also noticed and feel the results already from this rotation. I have to say, every rotation I've followed of Cathes, I've seen results! My abs are definately defined, and so are my arms! I think more, not less cardio is the way to go for me. I'm meso/endo, and I don't know if thats what they recommend or not. I'm wondering how much my age plays into it, because when I was younger, little or no cardio worked for me. I wish I took my measurements, but I definately SEE a difference! very happy! I don't need to loose weight, but I did want to get defined and I am! Also, lately, I've really been sticking to 5-6 meals a day and eating "clean". Anyway, can you tell I'm happy?
