Good Morning All:)

Today was KPC. I did it the way Tracee did last time, starting with the intermediate drills. That is a great place to start, I didn't feel I missed anything and Cathe even refers to some of the intermediate cardio as the warmup. I took my measurements last night, and they are the same as last month. No change.

Even though it is only 7:40, I am running late. So I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

I did KPC abs, then ran 3 miles then KPC w/u, intermediate drill and combo 1 & 2. I am also running late. It is still tough to get into the routine after summer.:p

Good Morning!

Today was HSTA. The cardio seemed to wipe me out this morning. Also, the hover squats and sit-n-stands were the worst. Sit-n-stands were a bit tougher since I only have a 11-12" step and I think Cathe's is a little higher. The leg presses weren't that bad. I loved using the pre-set weights. I took my measurements this morning.

Waist - 23 1/2" (same)
Chest - 29" (gained 1/4"); under chest 26"(same)
Biceps - 11 1/2" (gained 1/2":))
Thighs - 18 1/4" (lost 1/4":)
Hips - 34" - (lost 1/2":))
Calves - L (same) R (lost 1/4")

I think I'm going to start doing more leg work. For KPC tomorrow, I think I will also start with the intermediate drills.

Good morning girls. I got off to a bad start this rotation. I had not taken the time to figure out a substitute for this mornings workout so when my alarm went off I talked myself out of getting up because I didn't know what I wanted to do. I'm going to need to plan out the rest of my days or else I'm going to do this every time. x(

Deanie - I'm glad you liked doing KPC without the official warm up. That's the way I'm going to do it from now on.

Marcy - I'm impressed that your measurements continue to improve. I don't get that much of a change even over several months. I didn't measure this time either because I know my waist/stomach area has increased and I didn't want it confirmed by a number. ;(

Gin - Have a good day at school.

I had the weekend off from sports but that will be the last one for a couple of months. From now on we'll have two football games and one soccer game every weekend.

Good Afternoon!

I had a cup of fruit at school and now it is 3:30 and I am just now eating more. I was starving!:eek: I had also packed a can of tuna, but when I opened it, it smelled way to fishy to eat!x( Every once in a while, you get a bad can of tuna!

Marcy--WTG with the measurement, you tiny girl! I'm sure I was BORN with a bigger waist than you. HSTA is a tough one. There are no breaks. It just moves so quickly. I think she even says after the one arm tricep pushups, "That's all the breath you get."}( Maybe we started with the toughest circuit w/o, or is BC harder??}(

Tracee--I don't know if this would help you, but I stack up all the workouts for the week on Sunday and put them on top of the t.v, then in the a.m. I don't have to think about which one I'll be doing. You are going to be one busy mama with all of your kid's sporting events this fall. I'm sure you are used to it though. Fun!

Hi Again!

Gin - Thanks for the compliment. I was also writing down what I was eating which always helps although this weekend I was a bad girl. Boot Camp wasn't that bad the last time I did it. Maybe because the cardio is only 1 minute. I actually took a few extra breaks this morning. I needed to puff on my inhaler so I could get through the rest of the workout.

Tracee - In addition to Gin's suggestion, why not tape the rotation where your DVDs are and this way you don't have to think.
