Good Morning Ladies!

Today was HSTA upper body and MIS upper body and abs and a 3 mile run. I did have to go down in weights on a few of the exercises.
:p She uses heavy weights in MIS! I thought so anyway. Tonight is yoga class.

Deanie-- How was HIIT? Is that your TM workout?

Marcy, Tracee and Cheryl--What workouts are on tap for you guys today?

Good Morning Gin and all who come after:

Today was HIIT on the treadmill today. An intense 20min. workout, then I did B&G weighted ab work. Every time I do the treadmill, I wish there was a way to work it into my workout schedule once a week. Next month I am really going to make an effort to include it more. I really like the preprogramed routines and listening to my ipod makes it so much fun! I love my ipod:7 I know I'm showing my age, but its so great that you just pick the song you want, and put it on your ipod! You dont have to buy the whole album (again, showing my age:) ) to get the song you want just blows me away!! Then if a song is playing and your not in the mood for it, you just ff to another song! I listened to AC/DC, Greenday, White Stripes, and some remakes I like better than the originals. Okay, enough about the ipod!!LOL

Tomorrow is CTX upper body. I never did this before, so I previewed it today. It looks intense. I think I am going to use the same weights as CAthe, even though I think I can go higher (i.e. she does barbell rows with 25#) but she does 3 sets of 15, so I'll stick with what she uses. One of the things I like about this rotation, is I am using workouts I have, but have never done before!

Gin~ Wow! girl, you are doing quite a workout today! I think MIS upper body on its own is a great workout. Good thing you have yoga tonight!:)

Good morning.

Today I did LIC upper body and B&G abs. I planned on doing two rounds of LIC upper body but when I got done with one round I was fried and knew I'd be hurting if I pushed it. The B&G abs with the ankle weights seemed really long to me today. Maybe because I did ab work yesterday so my abs were a little sore.

Gin - You amaze me at how much you do in one day. I don't know how you stay motivated to exercise that much but I give you lots of credit.

Deanie - I agree about loving the ipod. I have one also but never use it because my dh always has it. I would probably take it back from him if I was into running or had a treadmill. Ha!

Marcy/Cheryl - Hope you have good workouts today.

Hi Everyone!

Sorry I'm a little late checking in. I haven't done my workout yet. Supposed to do MIS Upper Body and Abs. I'm on vacation this week so might be checking in different times. I did Shiva Rea's Lunar Flow for Flexibility on Friday. Great practice at 41 minutes - some good hip openers and forward bends. My hamstrings were still aching until yesterday.

Have to go run some errands. Will try and sign on earlier tomorrow. Hope you have great workouts tomorrow. Tomorrow is IMAX 3 for me. Can't wait!

Good Afternoon Ladies!

Just returned from a funeral. My son's old girlfiend's mother passed away. She had 4 other siblings. So sad.

Deanie--Glad that you love the TM and using your ipod. I gave my DH one for his birthday and I'm hoping we can share!:7 Let us know how you like CTX upper body. That is one I don't have. I agree with you about getting to use so many different workouts with this rotation. Some I haven't even used before.

Tracee--Right now I have time to workout more, but when school starts again in 4 weeks I won't. :-(

Marcy--Enjoy your vacation. Are you doing anything fun? What is going on with the sale of your house? I plan on doing IMAX3 tomorrow also, IF it comes in the mail today. Otherwise I'll do Low Max.

Marcy~ Enjoy your vacation. Are you going anywhere? We are still trying to find a time to go to Hershey. Do you take vacations with your kids still?

Gin~ So sad about the funeral. I'm sure your DH will share his ipod with you. My DH and I like the same music to listen to, but like to workout to different music. So we each have our own ipods. I'm worried about my workout schedule when school starts. I have to get up at 5ish and be working out at 5:30, done at 6:30. I am now spoiled by working out at 7a.m. I hope I can wake up!

Tracee~ I have LIC upper body X2, later this week. I was looking forward to it, now I'm not sure:)

Hey all,

I have yet to do my workout. I had to get up and bring my car in so I could get it back before they closed (you know, first come first served!). So, I'll have to work out after my class tonight.

This may already be answered, but what are we doing for August?

Way to go Tracee!!!! I wonder if I'm supposed to do that too. I have BM2 Upper boby 2x w/ abs, on my calender, but you make me what to try out LIC..we'll see. I won't get around to it until 9pm (rats!).
