Good Morning Girls
Today was GS C&T for me. I wanted to do the mix and match, but I woke up late and didn't get started till 7:30, and I knew the kids were going to be up by 8. So I did it as is. Still a really good workout! My triceps are sore already, and I am having a hard time lifting my arms!!LOL! And wow does that band work, work!!
Before I post my stats, I wanted to ask if you guys read the posts in OD about jazzing up your posts. I can NOT figure it out, I am so computer illiterate. I was hoping one of you could explain it in "baby" language so I could under stand itx( Thanks!
Stats: (I did 8-10 reps for most excersises, except the band work)
Chest:
all pushups on toes
bench press: 2 sets 8 reps at 25#, 1 set 10 reps @22#
flys: 17# all 3 sets with Cathe (12 reps?)~could have gone higher
incline bench press: 1 set 25# 8 reps, 1 set 22# 10 reps
incline fly: 20# 8 reps 1st set, 10 reps 2nd set
close grip press: 40# BBl both sets
dips with 40# bbl
lying extension: 1st set 10# 10 reps, 2nd set 10# 7 reps, finished with 8# for 3 more reps!
overhead extension: 25# followed Cathe
cross body extension: 10# 10 reps both sets
kickbacks:10# followed Cathe
kickbacks with band~could barely do the last set of 7 pulses, my arms were shakin"
Marcy~ your right, after the x the pushups in gs were not bad. did you do the scheduled leg work today or ballet? did you ever try the iballet workouts. I downloaded one, but haven't tried it yet.
Gin~ I am so excited~ 1 more week and I go in and set up my class and see the class list! How is your room shaping up? Did you get your class list?
Tracee~ how was your workout today? what did you end up doing?One more week till baseball season starts for us. What do your boys do in the fall?
