A quick post before the day begins....
Step Blast and Ab hits #2 today. I thought SB was fun, but Ab hits #2, the planks were hard!

We have a fun day of baseball practices planned today. Love to watch the boys play! and they're good, which is nice

Gin~ I hope you had fun at the wedding last night. Did you rest today? or is it a yoga day? Thanks for the birthday song, it was cute!!

Good Morning!

I just finished IMAX3 (whew!) and then SM#2.
Enjoyed my friend's daughter's wedding last night. It was great to see her. We worked together for 4 years and became so close and then she moved to another town 2 years ago. The groom was tearing up through the vows and the bride's father was teary-eyed also when walking down the aisle. My friend said she just kept repeating over and over to herself,"I will not cry. I will not cry." And said she didn't hear a word of the ceremony!

Deanie--Did you have a nice b-day? Hope so. How were ds's b-ball games? What positions do they like to play?

Marcy--Hope you have had a restful weekend. Any good news about the house situation? Hope so.

Good Morning!

I got in SM1 Friday night. It felt so good. Yesterday was a rest day. I'm hoping to maybe do some kickboxing later. Had a busy day yesterday food shopping, got some packing tape, did some more throwouts. Will be packing some more today. I'm not sore anymore.

I'll be doing Mark Blanchard's Sedona Series this week. Have done most of it except for Culmination (the longest (97 mins.) and I believe most intense.

Gin - Good work getting through IMAX 3 (my favorite IMAX). Glad you enjoyed the wedding; sounded very touching. No more news about the house. Hopefully I'll hear something tomorrow. I really should give notice this Friday so I better hear something this week.

Deanie - Hope you enjoyed your birthday. How'd the boys do at baseball practice?

Thanks for the birthday wishes, it was a very nice day. The boys did great at practice. DS11 plays second base and catcher, DS8 isn't sure which position he likes best.

Today was a rest day!
