Good Morning Gin and all who come after
Today was GS BSB and I did KPC abs, so I wasn't doing abs 2 days in a row. I did BSB using mix and match and I may always do it like this!!! I really enjoyed it, and for some reason, it only took me 45 min. including warm up and cool down. I think because it cuts out some info, like tips, and quick stretches from Cathe. Marcy, you were right about missing the first rep doing the mix and match, I had to add it on at the end, especially with the underhand lat rows!
[b/]stats:[/b/]
[b/]back:[/b/]
underhand lat rows: 27# 2 sets 8 reps, last set 10 reps
1 arm row: 30# 10 reps
pullovers: 30#
[b/]shoulders:[/b/]
seated overhead press: 15# 1st set(then remembered I wanted to do 17#, so 17# for next 2 sets
bent arm side lat: 12#
rear fly: 8# (stayed the same, my form suffers with higher weight)
[b/]biceps:[/b/]
BBL curl: 35# both sets (would like to go up, but not to 40#, I need to look into those platelet things)
crazy 8's: 12#
concentration curls: 15#, 2nd set 17# for the first 5 then 15# for the last 3
curlup and forearm reverse down:15#
hammer curls: 15#
wrist curls: 12#
I was able to raise all my weights except rear delt flys and BBL curls, I really think it was because of the mix and match!! I'm not sure what the benefit is to doing it this way. Does it make your muscles more defined? I like it, just curious. Can't wait to try it with C&T, I would love to up my tricep weights.
[font color=green]Gin[/font/]~Thanks for the recipe. I printed it out and will try it soon. I need to buy wheat bran and splenda. When you use an egg white, how many do you use?
