I've been trying to post this message on VF but I think it crashed. I'll try to check VF later to see if it actually posted, but since I know you frequent this site, I'm posting here in the hopes that you'll see this.
The only roadtrips I've been on have been the two Cathe trips this year. The dates were arranged with Cathe by the trip coordinator for that trip and announced on the VF Forum. However, since Cathe is pregnant and due in January, we're not sure when the next trip will be. The best bet for finding out about any of the VF trips is to check in on the Forum regularly. Where do you live? I live outside of New York City and had hoped to join the NYC VF get together this past weekend, but unfortunately had a family Bar Mitzvah to go to in Connecticut. Oh well, next time, right Diane I?
