A few weeks ago, I thought to myself that I'm going to wear out my STS 36-dvd set. I keep reading that dvd's are going to go away and for some of us, our wifi connections and internet may not be that great.
Then up pops the Deal of the Day for STS Squat Rack. I have the Abs and Total Body dvds, so why am I having a brain fart on the squat rack dvds? Talk about having to sit down for a second, then run downstairs and look at my set. Nope, the numbers stop at 36...WTH! I've been doing this workout for years and years and I totally forgot about the optional set.
To punish myself, I ordered two sets!
