Hi Cathe!
First off I want to say I think this hardcore series is the best to date. I have been a *LONG* time user of your workouts and this one is by far the most challenging, encouraging and fun series to do. The music rocks as well! The gym style workouts have to be my new favorites now. I never imagined the PS series could ever be out done, for me it has!
When doing the deadlifts on the eight inch step I have a hard time keeping my back straight on these. Normally I don't have problems doing a regular deadlift on the floor(which is one of my favorite exercises to do). I know you mentioned it was an advanced exercise, but I was wondering if my back aching after doing this one is caused by weaker abdominal muscles? I really like doing this version and wonder if you can give me some pointers to help straighten/strengthen my back. Or should I just do regular deadlifts until my core is stronger? Could I be lowering the bar too far? Thanks so much for any input it's greatly appreciated!
Have a super day, Lori
