Thanks for description 1 more ? if you do not mind do you set the bar down completely between lifts? I have been practicing them and can definitely feel why they are so great

I guess I should say I am practicing the ones Cathe does like today I did Pure Strength legs

For regular deadlifts, you usually keep hold of the bar through the whole set, touching the bar to the ground (so the plates just touch) at the bottom of every rep, then powering up through the heels with chest lifted. You could also set the bar down between reps, just as long as you keep good form.
