Day 3-1 week CTX check in

Good Morning Brenda and Joy,

Today was Step and Intervals, which is one of my favorite Cathe workouts of all time, so doing it was such treat and a great way to end the week. I was able to give it my all and was able to do the 3 intervals pretty much full out despite my bad knees. I did modify the power 15's to half grounded/half with the hop. Everything else was as is! Also felt really good during the chest workout even though I thought I was going to collapse during the last set of staggered push ups}( !

Tomorrow is my rest day for the week. Do you ever feel weird about having a rest day, like you should work out anyway if you have the energy? I will rest (well, maybe I'll try the Crunch Candlelight Yoga that I traded for a while back) and enjoy a relaxing Sunday.

Pretty soon I'll head outdoors to wash and wax my car. I also want to get some housecleaning done and laundry. I feel so energized from this morning I feel the need to keep doing stuff.

I actually am switching my day off to today and am going to work do IMAX2 tomorrow. I'm just running out of time today and don't have time to shower again after a workout. I know exactly what you mean... I felt bad about not working out today but once I told myself I wasn't going to I put it out of my mind.
Nice job today on S & I - I don't have that one and you're making me curious :) Sounds like you have a very busy day planned!!
