Does anyone have either her 7 Day Lean or the first Scorcher Set? Trying to decided between the two. Thanks!
 
I have both of them, and I like both of them. I think she uses the kettlebell more in the Scorcher Series. I haven't used either one for a few months. I'm using another rotation right now. 7 Day Lean is more body weight work. Just a heads up, if you are not familiar with Dasha, she talks non-stop, if that's a deal breaker for you.
 
I also have them both....of the two I like the Scorcher Series the best....they're short 30-40 min each..., she is a bit talky but I don't mind....you won't go wrong with either workout....I hope this helps
