Thanks for posting the link. I never saw these before. I hope someone replies that has tried this. Is it a series that you have to buy, or one DVD? The site does not give you much info. The workout looks like it could be fun, in a non-dance kind of way.

I have been liking the idea of having some lower impact workouts when I just want to move but don't feel like having to put in SO much effort or end up gasping after intervals, but have not found much that looks appealing yet. This looks OK, and I would consider it if the price was about half of what they are asking.
