Man am I happy about that !
Have had a helluva week right along with Jen & Laura !
MIA because of it but did do my MIP last night. Talking about the sweat factor - thinking Insanity is making me get the feeling I had better clean the rug ontop of my carpet where I workout. It must be quite "salty" by now thanks to Shaun. I love these workouts - am aiming to keep up this week though tonight and Friday nite are hockey so probably won't get workouts in those days.
Where are all you ladies "going" with the Insanity workouts anyway? When will you be ending M2 and what are the plans for the next rotation?
Wendy - so work is going well, you are drinking to get through it (Kidding !) and still losing weight ! Well sounds like life is good ! ! ! Joey getting excited for Halloween? The rain that was to come this weekend is now seeming to have disappeared so that will be nice for the kids.
Lori - yep getting up just to go to work is a drag . . . I wish it was over more quickly so I could get home to workout - have been working or running errands afterward and getting my workouts started too late for my liking. Ah well, at least I have been doing them this week ! Funny about DS and his long night - they sure do keep you guessing.
Diana - how are you liking your "break" from Insanity and the weight work? I am seriously thinking about doing 2-3 wt days and a few Insanity for a while -or joining the rest of you if you are heading into something different. As much as I like them, they exhaust me. I am seeing some nice body morphing so am very glad I've done as much as I have. Forgot to mention "GO AVS!" the other day when I saw they are leading the Division ! Nice after last season, huh?
Jen - right there with ya girl ! Hope you get some breaks from work soon. Way to keep up with the Insanity - I am thinking you are doing a great job at following the rotation and not behind at all?
Laura - *crossing fingers* today works better for you. I so hate when things don't balance because I am ANAL ! Enjoy your workout tonight which seems relaxing but a workout. What made your legs sore the other night?
