Have had a helluva week right along with Jen & Laura !

MIA because of it but did do my MIP last night. Talking about the sweat factor - thinking Insanity is making me get the feeling I had better clean the rug ontop of my carpet where I workout. It must be quite "salty" by now thanks to Shaun. I love these workouts - am aiming to keep up this week though tonight and Friday nite are hockey so probably won't get workouts in those days.

Where are all you ladies "going" with the Insanity workouts anyway? When will you be ending M2 and what are the plans for the next rotation?

Wendy - so work is going well, you are drinking to get through it (Kidding !) and still losing weight ! Well sounds like life is good ! ! ! Joey getting excited for Halloween? The rain that was to come this weekend is now seeming to have disappeared so that will be nice for the kids.

Lori - yep getting up just to go to work is a drag . . . I wish it was over more quickly so I could get home to workout - have been working or running errands afterward and getting my workouts started too late for my liking. Ah well, at least I have been doing them this week ! Funny about DS and his long night - they sure do keep you guessing.

Diana - how are you liking your "break" from Insanity and the weight work? I am seriously thinking about doing 2-3 wt days and a few Insanity for a while -or joining the rest of you if you are heading into something different. As much as I like them, they exhaust me. I am seeing some nice body morphing so am very glad I've done as much as I have. Forgot to mention "GO AVS!" the other day when I saw they are leading the Division ! Nice after last season, huh?

Jen - right there with ya girl ! Hope you get some breaks from work soon. Way to keep up with the Insanity - I am thinking you are doing a great job at following the rotation and not behind at all?

Laura - *crossing fingers* today works better for you. I so hate when things don't balance because I am ANAL ! Enjoy your workout tonight which seems relaxing but a workout. What made your legs sore the other night?

Hi ladies,

I'm working from home today as I am expecting the dishwasher repair guy this afternoon. I can honestly say we've had a string a bad luck and I hope it ends soon. It all started with the new roof, then I decided to buy a new desktop (desperately needed), my car broke down, dishwasher quit working (only a year old!), and now last night, our nice 32" sony bravia tv in our bedroom isn't working (less than 2yrs old). The tv came with a replacement warranty...now I just need to find it.

BTW, we are expecting 6"-14" of snow through today into tomorrow. All the school districts around us are closed today, but not ours. I gave Jerod a ride today but asked him to hitch a ride home with one of his friends.

Jacque-Well I've only done 1 "non-shaun" w/o so far. Yesterday I did Power Hour and it was great to lift again...and do Cathe ab work. Tough but doable! Today I want to do a long cardio ala CF Mix & Max 80 min sweatfest!! In a few days I may go back to Shaun and finish up the last 2 weeks. I was considering doing P90X but am not sure that's what I want to do. Maybe another STS rotation as it's more balanced IMO. 3 days of weights and 3 days of cardio. Also considering doing one of FF rotations, that's what I'm doing this week. Oh yeah, the Avs have beat the Red Wings twice so far this year. We are doing good.

Laura-I miss heavy leg day in the gym. Please keep me posted on the Rev Abs, I need a good mix of cardio and weights and see that Rev Abs incorporates weight training and cardio. Did you get the Deluxe Package? It's twice the money for only a couple more DVD's.

Let me just say real loud .. "OUCHIE WAWA" ... :eek: .. I have not been this sore in a long long long time!! I am not sure if it was REVABS or my class or a combo of both that did it ... but EVERY inch of my body hurts .. the ONLY party that doesnt is my shins! :eek: the arm pit/side/oblique area and shoulder and quads are THE WORST ... Ystdy I did the Strength REVABS at lunch .. then I did 1/2 plyo (no lower body work just plyo moves) . . the I did 20 min power yoga and 10 min core workout in my class .. it could be the power yoga w/REVABS b/c I have not done it in a while ..???

Jacque .. I am at my desk today and it is been uber INSANE around here ... I am just playing catch up so no real progress being made .. just catch up work!!

Di .. lets see REVABS I would classify right now as a intermediate w/o .. but judging from how sore I am I could be wrong :confused: the moves are basic .. some new ones I have not seen (he adds twists in where I would not think of doing them) .. there is NO COMPARISON to INSANITY though .. totally different style .. totally different workout .. he takes 4 basic moves .. repeats them over 3 time .. and in between does some basic cardio .. the strength one I sweated buckets on .. and obviously it made me sore .. today was Fire Up Your Abs .. and my abs were hurting and firing .. LOL to me w/the weight work you do this would prbly be too easy 4 you .. but that being said .. it does have those "twist" to old moves and the biggest difference is the way he makes you breath ... his breathing alone makes the abs fire (think that is where my obliques are sore from) ... so for me on this phase one will be only an add on or to do on my "EASY" day ... have not looked ahead but it is to get harder after this phase .. he works on building muscle .. then he adds in more cardio/ab moves (does this make sense) .. but it compared to Insanity . HA .. looks like a beginning DVD .. but I do think a rotaion of Insanity (hard) Revabs (easier) STS weights (hard) Revabs (easier) and Shock Cardio (hard) would be a GREAT and TOTAL body rotation :D

OK .. so today's workout is done .. and think i am going home take a hot bath .. DH is FINALLY off nights .. and we ahve a DATE NIGHT tonight ... after date night think I am rubbing down in FREEZEIT ..:confused: :p ... have a great one!!:D

I was just about to write "good morning":eek: and trust me...I didn't just wake up:rolleyes:

DS woke up last night at 1:20 and he was awake for a couple of hours. Im not sure what was up with that. I took his pacifier away from him last night so that may have had something to do with it. He usually as it when he falls asleep but it will fall out at some point during the night. DH is putting him to bed right now but I have a feeling that he will be crying real soon and I will have to take over. I could use a little cat nap:)

Todays workout was a 6 mile run on the TM and GS/BM2 Chest and Tris. I have a feeling I will be sore tomorrow!

Jacque** Dh asked yesterday if I had been doing my new workouts! I think he noticed that I haven't touched them in a while. He never says anything about my workouts cause he knows I use them...I guess he was just wondering. I was going to do a Insanity workout today but I did a pile of other stuff first, then when DH came home for lunch, I hopped on the TM.

Diana** That is some bad luck...don't pass it this way:eek: My washer was acting up a while ago but its fine again now. Hopefully you can find that warranty.

Laura** Hope you have a good night with DH! Im sure you will;)
