Good Morning!
I feel a bit better then I did yesterday morning
Why do we do that to ourselves? I don't drink very often but when I do, look out! I have actually felt ALOT worse before. When I was younger I never knew when my cut off point was. So I would drink until I threw up
I have learned my limit over the years so I don't get in the messes I use to! LOL
I did CC#5 yesterday and I stayed on the TM until the 6 mile mark. I also did some abs work. I think I am going to do a circuit workout today. I got up a little bit earlier to fit a longer workout in. I wasn't a real good girl yesterday. Because I didn't feel #1 I kinda stuck whatever in my mouth but while everyone else ate dinner, I napped
Then we helped my inlaws wrap some presents, we had them done in no time. Its alot easier when 3 people are wrapping instead of one.
O.k...so while I was typing this work called and I have to go in in an hour for a flight
So much for my long workout! I will leave work after the flight though and come home and workout....unless another flight interfers with this! So I have no time for personals right now but I will be back!!!
