Good Afternoon Ladies.
I did MMA Boxing this morning and LOVED it! Fantastic work out! I did the entire thing with weighted gloves on. It's very upper body oriented. Very little lower body work. No kicking at all. The combos are all punching. The only lower body work really is in the drills that follow each combo and that's done by way of cardio bursts. I have to go back to MMA Fusion to finish it up and I have to still try MMA Kickboxing. Aside from that the only other one left is the 40/20 HIIT work out as I am seriously considering selling the step work outs on Ebay unopened. I don't do step much anymore really and for the few times I want to do it, I have enough work outs that I like to keep me happy. Besides, Cathe's newer step is too intricate for me. I don't have the patience for it. No big deal. Just the way I am!
My legs are on fire the past few days and I don't know why. Any leg work I've done hasn't been brutal but for some reason my thighs have been screaming at me anyway! In addition, the core work from Travel Fit set my abs aflame for a couple of days. They just recovered and now today I did the core work in MMA Kickboxing. Tmrw should be a fun DOMS'ing day for me!
