Good Morning Ladies

Im listening to some new songs I downloaded off of Itunes last night. Geez...I could have spent all night doing that. It sucks that they are 1.29 each.....50 cents would have been better! LOL What a cheap skate! I downloaded 46 songs for next weekends race. Im hoping to not listen to my ipod very much between now and then so that I don't get tired of the music. I needed some new stuff to get me going!

Yesterday ended up being a rest day. I felt to full from dinner to workout. We had spagetti but I didn't think I ate that much I was hoping to go for a run outside today but is pouring out. I also slept in but thats not a big deal cause I am in no hurry to get to work.

Oh....I hear little feet already! Whats up with that? I wonder will he go out into our room and once he realizes Im not there, come down here? He crawls up on my side of the bed all the time. I guess his dad as to get up soon to....oh yeah...he is coming! I will bbl for personals!

Good Morning Lori and all who follow.

I have a lot of personals to catch up on. I was slackin' yesterday! Sorry ladies!

So today will likely be some cardio-short and sweet though-gotta save the energy for tmrw! OMG I AM SCARED!!!!! lol

Lori: There is a member at the gym who sells avon and the one woman I work with is always buying stuff off of her. I never have but I should try it. The stuff IS cheap and a lot of folks seem to like it.

Jacque: Do you REALLY want to know what I bought at the party?? If you do, I suggest you pm me. I really can't get into it here. LOL I laugh-but I'm serious! So I looked and I've dropped about 6 pounds in the last 2-2.5 months! YEE HAW! I got on the scale this morning to find ANOTHER new low! Sorry about your pulled back muscle!!! That sucks! I hope you are back in the game soon! My lats have been sore for 2 days now thanks to KCM's work out!

Jen: I'm impressed that you got through CC&B 5 out of the 6 times! I think I made it through 3 but then again I was sick so I have an excuse. Notice though that I didn't go back to it once I got better! LOL I like the work out, don't get me wrong but just didn't want to do it that much.

Diana: So when will you start Month 2 of Insanity? How are you coming along with getting the paperwork organized? I hate doing that!!!! The KCM work outs are great. The original one is a 2 day split and now I can't remember what the muscle definition is. Oh well. No matter what they are short and get the job done!

Rpage: I am excited to hear how you've improved as well. I am not doing the fit tests. I'm bad like that. lol I could definitely see the improvement in my stamina and ability as month 1 moved along though.

Oh crap! I finished this like an hour ago and forgot to hit post! LMAO!

Ok...so not a good day on the posting front! Just wrote up a big ole book and stupid like...clicked the back button! What a dumb *ss!

Jen** So you had a successful day of nothing? Thats good! I can see why you would want to do that with only 5-6 hrs of sleep a night last week! Ick! My goal this week is to eat well, drink lots and get lots of z's before my brutal race next Sunday...which will by over now. I will probably be sitting on the tolit now cause thats what I get like...TMI?

Jacque** How is your back? Hope its o.k now! I hear ya on the weekends. This is my 2nd weekend in a row that I have worked, plus I work tomorrow and Tues, off for 2, back on Fri BUT then I am off for 4 days, then 2 weekends in a row I like it when I work my shifts first then take the time off later!

Wendy** Good job with the workouts yesterday. I do buy some of the makeup and it is nice and cheap. But I have been buying christmas gifts as well. I have a couple little penguins that light up for christmas and a picture frame for my sister. I feel like I am getting somewhere with the christmas shopping.

Diana** How was the game last night? Was it cold?? It hasn't been really, really cold here yet...just wet! It was pouring again when I got up. You should do the HM...you can do it! I would like to train for a FM but I just have to decide when and where. The sucky thing is I have to travel so far to do a marathon! It can get expensive.

So DD goy my Ipod in her hands before I left. She loves the songs of course. I may have trouble getting it back from her.

We are also have Thanksgiving dinner at my house tonight. My MIL is cooking it. The plan was to have it at our house b/c DS is much more reserved and low maintance, then my DARLING BIL calls...wanting to know if we want to eat at their house b/c he invited another couple. I don't know why they feel the need to invite EVERYONE that they know. Anyway, I didn't back down. I told him that I didn't mind having it at my house b/c DS would be more subdued! They agreed. Plus, I wouldn't have any trouble telling him off in my house when he decided to decipline my child. Why are there so many tools in my life?

Todays workout was CC# 3 2xs and abs!

Hi Ladies,

The high temp yesterday was 28, not sure how cold it was between 6-9pm last night while we were freezing at Jerod's game. Thankfully they won again. The semi-finals are next weekend and the following weekend is the superbowl. I'm hoping they have another great game next weekend and make it into the superbowl!

I need to fix the display on my HR monitor, now when I hit the back button it turns off and doesn't show me my calories burned. I hate that. I tried to set it how I wanted it last night but couldn't get it to work. I'll mess with it a little more today. It came with a cheat sheet to help set it up but I've misplaced that and was trying to use the book.

I may start M2 today. Not sure yet but am definitely considering it. I know I will be able to w/o s/m/t, Wednesday I have an early apt. though.

Lori-hope you like your new tunes. I also download the whole albums since its usually cheaper than downloading by the song. You can use the shuffle feature to mix'em up. Nice job on your w/o. BIL kind of sounds like a pain. Doesn't he realize kids cry and can have meltdowns over nothing. Yelling at him to stop crying isn't going to help.

Wendy-Haven't even touched the paper work nightmare that is sitting on my kitchen table. I stopped the newspaper and do a lot of my bill online, but I tend to get catalogs, junk mail, stuff I just need to sort through and file, shred or throw out. How does KCM compare to something like Cathe's 4DS? Oh come on...join me and Shaun today!!

Morning all - but not insanely happy it is Sunday cuz I'm not looking forward to Monday. Can we do 2 Sundays and just pass over Monday like it really existed and things worked out perfectly?

My back felt fine by the end of the day yesterday - mentioned to DH it was so painful in the AM and then I guess worked itself out? Was surprised it didn't hurt at all last night? I'll take it though ! ! !

Plan is workout #1 for Month 2 today - perhaps a little weight work but I'll have to get moving quickly and be very very productive to fit that in. Hmmm . . . we'll see on that . . . Tomorrow I'll be outta the house at 5:30 AM and return between 8:30 & 9 PM if I am lucky. YUCK ! ! ! Only good thing is seeing some co-workers that are at other locations.

Lori - Woo Hoo on the new tunes for your race. Go get that IPod back from DD now and HIDE IT ! ! ! I am always bogged down by pasta, even if it is a small portion - I think it kinda sticks with you for a bit. You could use the rest day anyhow. Can't believe your race is next week already ! Did you happen to hit the forward button after the back button? Sometimes I do that and can "find" my post again. Sounds like you have some nice weekends coming up - the 4 day will be exciting I am sure !

Wendy - WOW - 6 lbs over a couple of months ! Super job there ! JK about your purchases - just had to tease you ! LOL about not hitting the post button. I've done that but then close and *poof* it never shows up? So you're askeered for tomorrow? I am but then again am anxious to see how next month's workout will be. Do you wanna report or shall I keep it to myself? Didn't Laura do that one already the other day? Thought she liked it. . .

Diana - oh you poor thing in that cold last night ! Great news that they won - I'll be pulling for a win next week too ! Hope you get your HRM working again. Such a bummer when you really want to use it and can't figure it out. I have made it somewhat of a habit to make sure to clean my counter - that's where my mail ends up - at least once a week but then I have stacks on the desk in the bedroom that need to be filed. Course there is no room in the filing cabinet so need to purge - and when I purge I need to burn or shred . . . Just takes too much time, but now we could probably use a fire since it has been cold !

Jen - you planning on doing anything today? When are you starting M2?

Diana** My BIL's daughter cries over EVERYTHING...and I mean everything. Last week during supper she must have cried about 3 x;s and she is almost 5. She cried cause her cupcake fell over and then she cried b/c she put one of DS's car up to her hair and the thing got stuck in her hair. All the while, my SIL was the only one to deal with her, he did nothing only eat and check his blackberry. I was waiting for him to say something to DS so I could say "so your child is crying and you do nothing, but then when mine cried you think you have to right to say something" I will have it out with him...stay tuned...its gonna happen any day now. He also said something to me last Halloween that was very inappropriate and I never told a soul b/c I didn't even want to go there.
I read later today how cold it was on your FB! That must have been torture but atleast you weren't sitting there for no reason!!!

Jacque** DD as a habit of ruining everything she touches so prehaps I shouldn't have left the Ipod in her hands! LOL Glad to hear you back is feeling better. I did click the forward button but it was gone! Was NOT impressed! I managed to finish my post with no interuptions though.

Hey Girls!

Today's work out was BFBM! Heading out in about 10 mins to dinner with DH and DS to celebrate my getting a new job! I don't even think I've had the chance to tell you all the good news...have I???? Well I have one more week at they gym daycare and then it's sianara baby! I'm outta there! Picked up a part time office job that has full time potential. I start on the 19th!

Hi Ladies,

Back to report that I did M2 first w/o this morning and then finished the day with spinning and "ab attack". The first Shaun w/o was Max Interval Circuit. I caught myself a couple of times just standing and staring at the TV. I'm sure I will get better at these w/o's as the month progresses. All I can say is my quads are killing me, partially from spinning, partially from those frog jumps, and yes...even weight training yesterday.

Wendy-Congratulations, where did you get the part-time job. I'm so happy for you and can't wait to hear the details.

Jacque-what did you think of m2's first workout? I had sweat flyin' everywhere! Those combo drills were pretty tough for me so I just went at my own pace.

Lori-hope your dinner is going great and DS is on his best behavior....just so you can show off to BIL if nothing else.

So I got called back to work tonight, I didn't mind that much but I thought I was going to be home in time to put DS to bed....and I am still here at 10 o'clock. I feel kinda bad cause I didn't even kiss him before I left. I just vanished cause I knew he was gonna freak out. Waiting for the refueler to do his job then Im outta here!
