***Damage Control*** Wk of June 26th

My long weekend . . . ? Laundry and repacking!! :p Hopefully just a chance to be laid back and have no schedule. We've been so busy . . . even when it was fun stuff.

For the most part, we laid around and watched TV today. I did get up long enough to do MMA: KB and loved it. :)
 
Hi Laura, I think it's just us this weekend. All our workout buddies are busy for the weekend. Nice w/o with MMA!!

I'm just waiting for my granddaughter's to arrive today. DS's flight left at 6:40 this morning and his return flight with the girl's is at 2:20 today. Long day for my DS, but I will be so happy to see the girls!

No workout to report yet since I didn't get much sleep. I was afraid I would oversleep and miss my alarm, DS would miss his flight...too much going on for me to sleep very well.

Today has been catching up on emails and computer tasks! Blah.Trying to psyche myself up to do CCC here in a few minutes. Its a killer! :D
 
CCC is done! I rocked it this time. I've really been working on my core strength, and I could tell the difference. Usually I'm dying on this workout but this time, while it was tough, I DID it! :D
 
Hi ladies,

My Girls are here and I've already taken them to 2 different parks in my neighborhood. The first one didn't have swings and they wanted swings. They are a lot of fun.

Laura-Nice Work, CCC is tough! I have to do the alternate exercise for the rollbacks and spring up....or I use my bench without any risers. I usually do one set of each. You'll feel so much better once you get all your tasks done!
