No mish mosh this morning,
Diana. Sorry to disappoint!
Today was just STS D36 (SBT), straight up.
Only D34 and 35 left to do this weekend and then I am DONE!
The work out was interesting. I was able to get through all sets of the first 3 exercises using the proper weight and doing all 8 reps each time. 2nd round of 3 exercises were great too except for one exercise that I failed slightly early on just one time. That last round though? OMG, it was pathetic!
I was failing all over the place at 5-6 reps for 2 out of the 3 exercises while the one exercise went flawlessly and I probably could have even gone a bit heavier. Go figure!
Oh and day 2 of Plyo DOMS!
Diana:: I can't rightly remember what the "rules of the house" were when I was 21 but it doesn't matter. Your rules are your rules and if he knew she wasn't allowed to stay she shouldn't have and if he didn't know then he should've asked. Let us know what "I'll take care of it" means. heheh.
I recall it being a challenge to get a work out done when I was home alone with Joey as a toddler. A lot of it was just plain old worry that he would get into something he wasn't supposed to but I also was very lucky that he was a good napper til he was just about 4 years old so I worked out during nap time whenever possible. If he wasn't napping I would leave the door to my room open a bit so I could hear him and could get out the door quickly if need be. I would also check on him as often as I could depending on the work out I was doing. He would interrupt me a lot as well for silly stuff which was rather frustrating. That was probably the worst part!
So funny that your girls HAVE to have swings at the park they play at coz my son doesn't like them. Never has! Wierd!!!
Laura:: OMG so sorry PIA got promoted. Not right but then again, you nailed it in that atleast you don't have to deal with her bs anymore!!!!!!! Way to go looking at the bright side!
