Well I must have gotten a good night's sleep - at least a partial night - fell asleep around 10 and by 4 AM I was wide awake. Today I got up, unlike most mornings,
, and am hoping to start a trend so I can workout in the AM's and get ready for my commuting days. Helps when we have hockey games too !
Wendy - LOL about not closing the bar the other night - you make me feel so old cuz I can barely stay awake at 10 these days !
ITA about having Joey's party out - we didn't have a Chuck here when mine were little but def started doing pizza parties when they became available - love the no clean up and it really doesn't cost any more ! So I have not even checked out the WOB (Work Out Blender I am guessing?). Do you have to use downloads for it to work or just put your workouts online somehow?
Diana - catching up on posts, woo hoo the Avs beat the Red Wings - I missed that one ! That is a winner winner for sure ! How sweet the girls got a HB from the entire plane ! Nice you had them just prior to their big day. Can you believe how old they are getting? My GS2 will be 2 in April and GS1 will be 4 in July. Man is it flying quickly. I tend to get my fiber from cruciferous veggies, beans have high fiber and I do like my Double Fiber Orowheat bread from Costco. The whole grains have too much carb for me to eat much. Let me know if you find out anything else interesting. Great news on your review ! I'm looking forward to learning lots too - and my boss is on board but I will need to use others for my training. Believe I can still use our Consultant for parts of it. May start on a Master's to grow in the Organizational Development area though. Did you get a good increase to go with it or is the company struggling like most?
LauraR - great job on the flat tummy ! That is one of my inspirational areas too since the menopausal pooch set in a couple years ago !
For me, a run after sore leg day helps them heal more quickly - I love it ! Sounds like you have a standard of run/walks. Is it your 'go to' cardio lately? My .02 on Plyo Legs - Go for it ! I love those workouts and ITA with Poochy that they though they don't get easier - they really workout your legs. I find they tighten mine up quickly. My fav is to do DM and Plyo Legs for a quick toning without heavy lifting.

Lori - Wowser girl - what a great job on the weigh in lately. Are you leaning up lots or just moving lots. You seem to get a good workout in everyday, always including cardio. That seems to be a good answer, perhaps I should be paying attention ! ?
Interesting story about the old beau . . . crazy how some people do dwell on the past - who has time for that? Have you purchased stock in lulu yet?

Am hoping that has caught me up on personals. Gotta get my foffee going and head on in to my workout room soon for a cardio session. Not sure what is on the rotation - think it will be a step since I have a crick in my neck from the weekend.
