So I wasn't paying particular attn to what was warm up and what wasn't in Cardio Abs-perhaps cause I couldn't breathe through the first half!
Everything from the tuck jumps until he hit the floor felt like all of the other work outs though! LOL That's okay, it's short lived. 
Jacque:: I thought I might feel like this rotation would be too much cardio but so far that's not the case. I just truly wasn't in the mood for it today in particular for some reason. I should be fine tmrw though. Up until now, I've really enjoyed it even though I thought it might damn near kill me a few times! LOL
Jen:: Read away girl! You gotta come back tonight and let us know that you have it in your hot little hands!
Well, I had less time for a work out then I originally thought so I skipped the u/b work out. I had it originally written in for thursday anyway so I didn't mess anything up by skipping it. I did Cardio Abs and Jackie's lower body with light weights.
I am suddenly feeling the guilts for saying I would skip Cardio Recovery tmrw so I am hoping to get that in after Pure Cardio.
Time to clean up and get dinner going!
