** DAMAGE CONTROL....TUESDAY! **

So I wasn't paying particular attn to what was warm up and what wasn't in Cardio Abs-perhaps cause I couldn't breathe through the first half! :p Everything from the tuck jumps until he hit the floor felt like all of the other work outs though! LOL That's okay, it's short lived. ;)

Jacque:: I thought I might feel like this rotation would be too much cardio but so far that's not the case. I just truly wasn't in the mood for it today in particular for some reason. I should be fine tmrw though. Up until now, I've really enjoyed it even though I thought it might damn near kill me a few times! LOL :p

Jen:: Read away girl! You gotta come back tonight and let us know that you have it in your hot little hands! :D

Well, I had less time for a work out then I originally thought so I skipped the u/b work out. I had it originally written in for thursday anyway so I didn't mess anything up by skipping it. I did Cardio Abs and Jackie's lower body with light weights.

I am suddenly feeling the guilts for saying I would skip Cardio Recovery tmrw so I am hoping to get that in after Pure Cardio.

Time to clean up and get dinner going!

Di .. ooooh your spa day sounds divine .. love the color .. sounds like something I would like .. I did my on this week .. "Love Potion" .. ;) .. kinda a caramelized red ... oollala ..LOL

Jacque .. well the news is not bad .. so maybe your babydog will be just fine .. as long as it is draining and going down thinking that is a good sign! My baby just got fed .. DH said he is already fussing wanting food.. I swear you would think we never fed the poor dog .. and as you can see in his pics he is NOT malnurished!! LOL thanks for the kind wishes .. I will be a nervous wreck tmrw

Jen ... SIL voted I keep my Plyo routine the same .. it is 60 min long and hard as rip .. even w/the rests .. the plyo parts are 1 and 1.5 minutes in length .. and the rest are prbly only 30 seconds after each .. then a LB move then plyo etc .. so doing as SIL wishes keeping it my own kickbutt level!!! LOL ..and the diet .. :eek: .. OMG you girls would be so ashamed of my food intake .. I should be voted THE MOST NOT CLEAN eater on the Cathe boards :eek: .. I do try .. but HA .. my life always interrupts .. LOL!!!
