I started this earlier and was going to do personals but my computer shut down on it's own for some strange reason and I lost the post. After that I got involved in something else and forgot to come back and re-create it. That being said, now I may not have time for personals! Sorry girls! 
Rest day for me today (and possibly tmrw too, I'll see!) to make easing into the new schedule/job a bit less hectic to start with. I am a little sore/stiff from my Shred marathon y'day but nothing like I THOUGHT I would be. Not sure what my new rotation will look like with the new job starting but I'm thinkin' short n sweet during the week and longer on the weekends. I may even adopt a 5 day a week plan again like I did when I was doing CLX!
Gotta run...gotta get my food ready. Gotta be out the door in 25 minutes!
