Hey Girls,
I did CC# 6 and Disc 5. V6 isn't a workout I could do 2x's....unless I had tons of sleep!

(maybe) That was by far the hardest cc that I have done, but then again, its all in how hard you push yourself right? I did 7% incline and 8 MPH for the first challenge,6.5 for rest and 9.0 for the sprints and the last sprint I did 9.5. The last challenge was a steady incline reaching a level 4 near the end of the 4 mins. I think I did 7.0 @ 10% incline. I did 5.5 miles in 50 mins. Disc 5 was also good but I don't think I will be getting much DOMS from it

I know what you mean about the HM. If I were to train, it would have to be outside. A TM can never do a run justice. Not only that...it gets B-O-R-I-N-G!

I think he walks around on egg shells and few days before I start. My bands aren't long enough for the band work plus bicep curls either, prehaps I need a new one.
Well, Im not sure how this night at work is going to go. I am suppose to have a flight at 530 (yuck) but apparently another company is handling it, but maybe we are still refueling it? I have to figure that out. If not...I can go home at 4! Yippppppeeeeeeeeeee!
