Good Morning!:)

Just getting us started. I guess Wendy didn't have to pee today!:D Not a whole lot happening in my life today...only a workout...and packing!! I had to get up early to see two pilots off that aren't going anywhere so now I get to go home again but its almost to late to go back to bed. Its 7:30 now! But I know I will be tired later.

I will bbl to catch up on personals!

You are right Lori! I didn't pee...but I didn't work out either!:eek: I went to bed late again last night and was a little droopy from not getting enough sleep the other night as well so the alarm was not my friend at 4:15 this morning. Oh well. My plan is to work out after dinner like I did on Monday. If it doesn't happen for some reason though I am not going to make myself crazy about it b/c technically I am supposed to take a rest day by Saturday anyway so we'll see!

Lori:: Have fun packing! So when do you leave and how long will you be gone for? Will you be able to post while you are away??

Hi ladies,

I'm taking my time waking up and drinking my coffee this morning. I plan on working from home today but will wait until after my w/o to let my boss/team know.

Yesterday I didn't have much time for a w/o...but taking a cue from Wendy-became creative and did original bootcamp cardio only and abs only premix. I figured it was better than nothing and got my hr up.

I've really been wanting to do GS C&T but also need a good cardio w/o. Kickbox Xtreme is sounding good this morning and I can probably do C&T at lunch.

We no longer have central air:mad: and its supposed to get into the upper 80's today. The house is already warming up so I need to go close the windows. We didn't have central air in our first house that we lived in for 10yrs, but we've had it for the last 12 yrs. I'm sure we can manage though.

I haven't had a chance to read the last couple days posts...sorry. Hope everyone is doing well.

Wendy-you too....take a rest day! I'm considering taking the morning bootcamp class from 5:15-6:15am. I usually w/o anywhere from 6am-8am...mostly around 6:30. With Jerod having summer football w/o's at 7am and high school starting at 7am, it just seems to make sense for me to do the morning class....and be available in the evenings to attend his football games etc. This could prove quite difficult for me as I am not a morning person, but I am seriously considering it.

Diana:: BC Class that early in the morning sounds like an EXCELLENT way to kick off your day! You'll be working out with me then! I work out from 5 to 6am during the week! ;) No worries--if I work out tonight then chances are good I'll be taking my rest day tmrw. I take them, trust me! I didn't work out sat or sun of this past weekend! Enjoy your day working from home!

Hey Wendy, I'm here. I'm just not a morning person. I prefer working out at home and not talking to anyone. It would just be nice to get it out of the way earlier and since DH already gets off early it would be good if I could follow the same schedule. We've worked opposite hours to cover the kids for so many years now, but with Jerod going to HS they get out much earlier at 2:15pm as opposed to 3:45 for middle school. Many years ago I did w/o at 5:30am so its been done before. Thanks for the encouragement.

Yes, where are the rest of our DC'rs?????

Thought I'd bump it up a bit here.

Nothing wonderful for me to post lately - no workouts and lots of feeling *blah* lately. Not liking work and then coming home to watch DH play while I've been working - not having fun. Ah well, many are way worse off than me so I need to suck it up and keep going.

Lori - LOL at the Wendy joke this AM ! Cracked me up and almost spit out my lunch ! :p So your run is on Sun? Sounds like a busy weekend for you but loads of fun.

Wendy - know the feeling - not sleeping but 5 - 6 hours a night - hard to find energy for a workout or to make it through the workday for me. Totally understand. Like Diana - think your workouts are cool. For me - I'm too lazy to keep popping in different DVD's. Now one day perhaps I'll get a 3 or 5 DVD player ! :eek:

Diana - I'm with you and the other night (don't remember when) actually popped in my workout and though I only did half, it felt good and I got slight DOMS the following day. ITA anything is better than nothing. Perhaps I need to take that advice? :rolleyes: Have been plagued the last 2 nights with sinus headaches and I just can't get myself to workout when I have them cuz every move makes it pound. Hope your day turned out good with a w/o and your working at home.

Laura - sorry the ol' rib is bugging you still and even worse, that PIA is being a PIA again ! ! ! :mad: And, lastly, sorry for sending bad vibes in your direction, but must I remind you that you never sent me my sunshine? :p ;) Actually we are supposed to have a sunny weekend and it is a long one - sounding like I'll see my GS's and my DD is turning 21 on Sun so I may have a fun weekend? Hoping so !

80 leg lifts for inner thigh per leg
50 oblique crunches per side

DONE! :D

Off to relax as much as possible w/a glass of wine in front of the boob tube while a T-storms blows through here! I HATE THEM! :eek:
