Hi Ladies,

Hope its safe to start the thread.:D My foot is hurting a bit this morning, darn it. Although the rotation calls for 40/20, that is out of the question. I'd like to do Disc 2 Back & Biceps and KPC-keeping it low impact.

Tonight we are going to MIL's for dinner and so the girls can open their remaining Christmas gifts from Great Grandma and Aunts/Uncles. I'm also planning their 3rd birthday party for next weekend. I have to check with my nephews wife, as there is a baby shower for her next weekend too and we don't want any conflicts.

LauraR will be joining our group. Welcome Laura. Her signature line says African Cheetah, she may be one of Wendy's Cheetah pals! How cool is that.

Eunice talked me into signing up for this 90 day challenge on FB, it starts tomorrow. We have to post pictures at days 1, 30, 60, 90. I can't believe I signed up for it. I think it will be good for me though.

What is everyone else up to this weekend?
 
Good morning ladies !

Well I wigged on y'day's workout. Just in that mode. Today though, I just finished Meso 1 D1, CSBis. For some reason I thought they were long but it was only 45 min. My arms are barely making it up to the keyboard and each keystroke is being felt ! :eek: I think I'll loosely follow the STS/SC rotation but throw in some of the new workouts here and there. Tomorrow is to be 40/20 and we have hockey at night so hopefully I am up early enough. May just do some sort of cardio later depending on what I start doing around the house after my shower.

Diana - sorry the foot is achy today. :( You haven't been babying it too much so apparently it is protesting, huh? You are good at finding something for a good calorie burn that won't aggravate it. Have fun at MIL's with more gifts for the girls. Bet they enjoy the fact that Xmas lasts so long . . . I have a few gifts here from my MIL for a couple of my kids and the GS's too. Will probably drop them off next weekend when we go to the game again.

LauraR - Welcome ! I remember a number of the Cheetahs but must have stopped lurking when you were there. Are you still running? Most of us here will be doing some sort of STS rotation starting this month. Of course we don't all do the same thing so no worries there. Hope we will help you stay motivated in order to drop those lbs you are looking to lose. Seems a few of us are always in that mode too ! :rolleyes:

Wendy - how was A/C? Winner winner ? ? ?

Lori - enjoying the weekend off?

LauraT - how is your clan doing? Did it make it to 70' ? We were a steady 54 this weekend with rain rain rain. (except for Fri so we took advantage of that!) ;)

Hey Girls.

Got home this afternoon. Had a fantastic time! Didn't win but having fun is what really matters to us and we did just that! :D

I downloaded the WOB when we got home before with no problems but I can't decide what downloads to purchase. Instead of rushing to make a decision just to be able to play with the WOB, I will wait until I have made a decision on what I REALLY want. Can't wait to try it though! ;)

Ended up not working out y'day as planned so I am trying desperately to convince myself to work out tonight...STS disc 1. Fingers crossed that I do it! Time will tell...

No time for personals but maybe later. If not, definitely tmrw.

Welcome LauraR! How've you been? We haven't chatted since the Cheetahs disbanded! Hope all is well with you. :)

Yes, I was a johnny-come-lately to the Cheetah thread and have been too lazy to change my signature. I actually haven't been on the boards much since then--I've been very busy, hence the weight gain.

I did a 3 mile run/walk this morning. Both IT bands were very tight, even with lots of stretching and foam-rolling, so I laid off running for a while and am just starting back.

I finished an STS rotation just before Christmas, so, even if I'm not doing it with you, I've recently been there. In addition to my running, I'm going to be doing some solid weight work so I can maintain my STS gains.

I'm planning to run MWF. The other 3 days will be:

upper body
lower body
circuit

That way I get in 4 days of cardio . . . for the weight loss. But I still have a solid upper and lower body split for good muscle-tone maintenance.
