Hey Ladies.
I got to sleep in a bit this morning...well, as much as my body would allow me to. I got out of bed at 7:30. Now that's big time for me!
DS is at my mom's house since DH and I went out last night. We had a good time. We went to a little italian restaraunt local to the couple we were with. It was packed so even with reservations we had to wait a bit to be seated. The food was excellent though. I ordered halibut livornese. YUMMY! It was BYOB so they brought a bottle of red wine from home and then we stopped at the store on the way and picked up a bottle of pre-made cosmos to take with us. We (me and the other gal) weren't impressed with the flavor but we drank it anyway
and I managed to get a pretty heavy buzz going. The guys each had a glass or 2 of the wine. After dinner we went back to their house and hung out for a while. I drank a bottle of water and then had a beer. DH wanted to head home just when I was ready to crack open beer number two...probably just as well, ya know? 
So this morning, as a result, I have a slight head ache but nothing major. I took some ibuprofen and drank some water so I should be good to go in an hour or two.
The rotation calls for Tone It Up today but I may flip flop today and tmrw's work outs. My upper thighs are still very very sore. I am afraid to keep pushing them with lower body work even though it's all done with very light or no weights. That being said I may opt for cardio today (hoping for a run) and Tone It Up tmrw.
