Morning Chicas. 
I'm a happy girl today for three reasons...
First and foremost....MY SON GOES BACK TO SCHOOL TODAY!!!!!


Secondly....I realized that I do not have an Insanity w/o on tap today. It's my run day which means I don't have to rush between work n school to try and get my cardio w/o done! I can use the time as I see fit (hello nap time!!!) and go to the gym at 4pm with Joey for my run.
And last but not least...I was very concerned that after combining SS and Insanity for the first time that I would be reeling with DOMS that would prevent me from staying on track with my new rotation plan today. Thankfully (and surprisingly) this is not the case so all systems are go!!!!
I'm an UNhappy girl today for one reason and one reason only...
I was awake just before 4am again this morning even though I stayed in bed until 4:30.

So I like "Control the Insanity" too. I think as long as we keep the word or DAMAGE or CONTROL in our title that we will be able to distinguish it from the other thread. We could also just do something like "Damage Controllers gone Insane" and then there would be no confusion at all. I guess we still have a few days to figure this all out though.
I finished week 2 of the Insanity rotation w/y'day's work out. Today is technically the final day of week 2 for me though since I am adding on an extra day for a run. I have decided that if this SS/Insanity mix works out well and I am liking it, that I will extend month 1 of Insanity out to the end of the month (about an extra 2 weeks) in order to get a full month of SS work outs done. Month 2 of Insanity are 60 minute work outs with more body weight work in them so SS will have to take a hike at that point. I will do each work out once and then decide if weight work add-ons are necessary.
Diana:: You know what, sometimes just biting the bullet and doing what your DH asks is easier then putting up with the nagging about it.
If anyone nags in our relationship it is my DH, not me!
You should have told your DH...if you want him to go to the doc so bad then YOU take him!
Thanks for your feedback on my rotation idea. We'll see how it goes. Sorry your feet didn't like your work out y'day.
Lori:: I can easily put annoying background exercisers, etc on "IGNORE" when doing a work out so long as I like the work out itself. The only thing that grates on me is bad music and I don't mean that the music has to choreographed to each move like what Cathe does, I just mean if the music sucks like in BBC 5 Day Academy Series or Slim Series. Thankfully they both have no music options and I am more then happy to use it!
So I hope you were getting PAID to watch all those kids!!!!
So did you end up working out at 10pm last night!? 
Jacque:: I hear ya on the coloring grays thing. Actually the last time I colored my hair (maybe a couple weeks ago now?), I bought/used temporary color by accident. I was pissed when I realized but used it anyway. You know it's holding better then the permanent stuff! Go figure!
Still no shipping notice from BB? You know sometimes those notices don't go out for some reason or get lost in cyberspace. Your work outs may be on their way anyway!!! As you already read above...sleeping past 4am did NOT happen again today. UGH. I have a few things that are bugging me and I won't think about them for hours but the minute I lay down in bed...BAM...there they are!
