Good Morning!
Yeah, I've been awake since 4am and out of bed since about 415. Lovely, isn't it?
Seems I get up 3x a night to pee now when it used to be just once and it eventually kills my ability to get back to sleep. When I get up early to pee (up to about 3am), I have no troubles getting back to sleep but it seems once 4am hits if I have to get up then I am doomed to be awake. GRRRR. Oh well...
So y'day afternoon I went to the gym with my sore achin' legs and got on the treadmill. Ended up doing an easy 30 minute run/walk. I ran for 5 mins at a slow pace and then walked for a minute. It was just enough. The Insanity work outs kicked my a$$. I don't think I could've run fast y'day if I WANTED to! LOL
Today is my rest day so all I have on tap is Centergy class. OOOOHM! LOL
Diana: Listen, I never got to the post office y'day (sorry-I ended up having to work and it threw my whole day off) so if you ordered or want to order Insanity like NOW, just tell me and I won't mail the preview disc and when your check comes I can pop it in the mail right back to you! I don't want you to pay the $ for the preview disc if you plan to have the program a week later. Just let me know what you want me to do!
Jacque: I like BL Cardio Max too. For a beginner cardio dvd it really kicks butt if you give your all! I have become a big fan of athletic drill cardio. So how are your legs feeling? My legs are still KILLING ME! I am planning on taking Centergy class today. It's gonna hurt but it should do 'em good. My u/b is fine. Never got sore. Can't say the same for it for next week as I'm gonna try doing the X upper body work outs then!
That's cool about the bread makers. I like my carbs too much for that though. The idea of sitting down with a hot fresh loaf of bread n butter (or whatever my heart desires) and polishing it off would be WAAAAY too tempting so no bread machine for me! LOL Wow, was that a big aquarium or what!?
Lori: LOL about your BIL. Yeah, that's not likely unless he runs far below his ability on the flats just to be able to say that!
Your daughter is approaching (or maybe she's at the age, not sure how old she is) where all she is gonna want to do is SLEEP! I slept my life away when I was a teen and my SIL's kids are doing the same thing at 13 and 16 yrs old! You are a crazy cardio chic so I think you would love Insanity! Perhaps the preview disc will have to be sent YOUR way one of these days! 
Laura: Jury duty...UGH! LOL I have never been to jury duty *knock on wood* because I've gotten out of it every time so far but I KNOW I would hate it!!! Glad it's over with for you! I will only be doing the X upper body work outs with Insanity. No Legs n Back, no ARX, no Yoga X, etc. Shouldn't be TOO bad, I HOPE! LOL I gotta incorporate U/B weights though. I do not believe that the few body weight exercises in the program will be enough to maintain the muscle I have. Perhaps 2 months is not a long enough time for me to lose it but I am not taking any chances!
...OMG I just scrolled down and read your post about your SIL ordering Isanity! WOO HOO! You are gonna LOVE it!
