Morning Ladies.

I am taking my rest day as scheduled today. I was up from 2 to about 3:30 this morning, rolling around in bed. If I didn't fall back to sleep by 4 I was going to get up and probably end up working out since I was up anyway. Thankfully I fell back to sleep though and got up at 5:30. I'll still be a bit tired today because of it though. :(

Hope all is well and best wishes to Diana that her surgery is 100% successful w/no problems!

Good morning ladies !

Well unlike Wendy I slept well and still didn't want to get up. No workout this AM - guess it will be after work. Feeling stiff and a little sore so guess it is good I didn't get up or it would not have been a good workout anyway.

Wendy - sorry about your early waking this AM but at least you made it back to sleep and took your rest day !

Diana - hope all goes well . . . .

Lori - seems you haven't had a day off for a while?

Laura - so how did the weekend go? Woo Hoo for no classes after work . . . what will you do ? ? ?v:p

Good Morning...or Afternoon! Its afternoon here:)

I tried checking in earlier but a friend of mine wanted to work out and she came just as I was posting. I have 5 workout sessions today. The next is at 1 and the other one is after dinner so I will be able to get something in at some point.

I slept well last night too. We got in the hot tub and we were a little late getting out. I always sleep well after I get out of the hot tub and I didn't move until my alarm went off. I was actually a little stun when it was going off.

Wendy** I would be so tired if I had to start my day at 4-5 a.m! I guess you do what you have to do. I always wonder what I would do if my boss decided that he wanted us to be there from 8-4 or something like that. I guess I would have to start getting up super early as well. Hope your not to tired later!

Jacque** So you are thinking about decorating?? Good! LOL What do you mean by day off? From working out? Work? or training? LOL. I have had more rest days as far as working out goes. If I haven't had time to check in, there is a good chance that I haven't worked out either. I had one day last week where I didn't have any one to train and it was a nice change, just DS and I.

Alright...so after the next training session I am either going to wrap a few gifts that need to be wrapped, workout or get my sister's parcel ready for the mail. I should probably wrap and get my sisters stuff ready!

Jacque:: Sorry you didn't want to get up and work out this morning. What's on tap when you get home later? Oh I hate dusting the walls and ceiling for cobwebs. What a PITA!

Lori:: I get up between 4 and 4:30 on mornings I work out but I also go to bed between 8:30 and 9:30! I couldn't do it if I didn't go to bed that early. I need my beauty sleep! :p So spill it girl---what work outs are you giving your sister?? :D
 
Training session #4 is over. Now I am sitting here wondering what to do next. I would run outside if there was someone here to watch DS and jumping on the TM really isn't what I want to do right now.

Wendy** I am giving my sister....INTENSITY:confused:;) and STS FB. I enjoyed HR and I have some DOMS in my butt but nothing in my UB. I will probably try lower body blast tomorrow. I am hoping to go to bed earlier tonight.

I will bbl...maybe with a workout to report!

WTG Lori! Now that's the Christmas spirit! LOL So have you re-ordered INTENSITY yet?? :D So what work out did you decide to do since you couldn't run outside? No more pushing DS in the stroller, huh? He's a little too big for that now?! :eek:
 
Holy....another quiet day!

My workout was shoulders,bics and chest and CCC. This is when I realized that giving my sis Intensity wasn't a bad idea...b/c I have only ever done CCC once! LOL Isn't that crazy! I remember the first time I did it I thought that it wasn't that tough. Either my endurance as went downhill OR I didn't have as much energy today. When I did it before I added a 4 mile run after! Not today my friends...not today!:eek::eek::eek:

Wendy** DS retired from the stroller a long time ago. It was tougher pushing him last summer. I couldn't talk and I had to take breathers and walk:eek:...when no one was watching of course. It was much easier when he was 10 lbs...LOL. I haven't reordered those 2 workouts yet but I have thought about it!

Wowsers girlies ! ! !

Just finished Jillian's 6wk/6pk abs, level II with a 5 lb DB - ohhhhh mannnnn . . . and Wendy you did KB afterward? I can hardly breathe or walk. I did do HR y'day so decided against LBB but the cardio factor in these is excellent. I love the part where you go from bicycles to mountain climbers. Talk about a nice ab burn !

It is a great one girls for a quickie half hour all out w/o. Sucking air is the least you could say - course that is if you could talk at all.

Lori - nice job getting your w/o in and for making your decision on DVD's for sis. I adore CCC but haven't done it much either. Doing the UB and then CCC sounds like quite a w/o - not thinking you were less energetic than last time, just burned out a bit from the first half of your workout.

Wendy - I wish I could go to sleep at the hour you do but ya know we don't even eat half the time until that late. :( I'd love to get my schedule backed up a bit so I could be limber enough to do my w/o in the AMs. I think I just might sleep well tonight. Tomorrow will be LBB and that shouldn't be too bad in the AM, huh? Cardio is what is harder for me these days as I am so stiff ! Ugh.

Diana - hope all went well - can't wait to see how you are feeling.

Laura - all OK on the homefront/workfront?

Off to scarf some Mexican Chicken tortilla soup and watch my lil' Sharkies !
