Good Morning:)...or whatevs!:eek::confused:

Who really wants to be awake at 4:20 in the morning. As soon as I got home last night I crawled into bed and I went right to sleep. I love nights where I don't feel overly tired but I go right to sleep. It's pointless for me to go back to bed now b/c its 5:30 and I have to meet someone at 6:15 anyway. I will probably go home and change and leave again.

I checked in last night so I have caught up on personals. I am going to have a nap this afternoon and then I have someone else coming over at 2:30 for a workout. DS is in preschool from 1-4.

My coffee isn't working....wahhhhh!:(:(:( I will bbl!

I am still sore as a beast this morning. YEOWCH! Going to be stepping but haven't picked my poison yet. BBL to report what I did!

My work out is done. Short n sweet today. Didn't wanna over do it after this weekend's killer work outs!

Alright.....I have been up for 4 hours already!:p I don't feel to to bad. I can tell by my eyes though that I will be tired later. My right eye looks smaller then my left when I am sleepy! I know...I'm weird!

Session went pretty good today. I keep forgetting that not everyone is coordinated or strong. Lots to improve on which excites me but I am trying to figure out the best way to go about it. The first session always makes me realize where that person is in all aspects.

DS is still asleep and I already have tons of things done around the house. I may get my workout in soon. He might sleep for another hour yet.

Wendy** My foffee "kinda" worked but not fully. I don't think there is any amount of coffee that could get me really going today. Good job with your workout. I thought you said your "breast" were sore....lol...then I reread and seen beast....hehe! Its my eyes...I swear...they are closing......slowly.......

Good Morning Ladies,

I don't have an early meeting today..woo hoo. I may give step a try today as my knee seems to be doing better. I did tweak it a bit when I slipped on the ice but after soaking in the hot tub...it feels pretty good today. After two rest days in a row, I'm ready for a w/o. I think today is the day Cathe suggested we all do our favorite HIIT w/o.

My Holiday Meltdown class starts tonight. We only w/o for about half the class. The first half is weight/measurements, step test, max pushups and max situps. We also have to set our goals etc. I'm really looking forward to it. I definitely need to go buy some new running shoes though.

Lori-sorry you were up so early this morning. It sounds like you have been quite productive though. What kind of workout plans have you come up with for your clients? Enjoy the rest of your day.

Wendy-Love original BM! I'm perusing my collage catalog and looking at the video clips on line. I appreciat the KCM reviews, her videos look great. I'll let you know what I decide to order. How did you like AK with the combat intervals??? I hit my inner thigh with the body bar before and left a nasty bruise...during the "cross low...strike high"...using a 15# body bar! Did you try her ab work?

Laura-how did Auburn do yesterday? Did DN have a wonderful time trick or treating? This is the second year I was handing out candy and it didn't seem like we got too many kids. I turned my light of at 8pm 'cuz the older kids were coming out.

Jacque-how was your weekend?

Time for me to finish this coffee and get started on a w/o! bbl
 
Diana:: Jen just tried KCM cardio-the work out that is half step and half plyo. The verdict is still out on it. She's going to try it again b/4 she decides for sure. Just a heads up that she isn't loving it...not yet anyway. I don't have any of KCM's step but want to get some I think. Funny you say that about hitting your leg with the bar cause I did the same this this weekend. :rolleyes: IDK why tho as I did that move previously and had no trouble. I was using my troylite bb tho and it's kinda long for that type of thing so that's what I attributed it too. I think I want a body bar now. As if I need more equipment! :p Anyway, I LOVED the work out. It was a definite challenge especially being as sore as I was! I used my weighted gloves too. I thought I'd die in the first k/b segment w/them on but after I got warmed up it wasn't so bad. I did her standing ab segment and loved it! Couldn't bring myself to do the seated portion. I was wiped but also not worried cause I had done MM abs the day before and did MIS abs today. Enjoy your first MeltDown class tonight and HiiT if that's what you decide to do! I was going to do HiiT but I just couldn't. Too sore still!
 
Hi ladies,

HIIT 40/20 won out today! It was nice to do step again but it definitely hurt my knee. Will probably opt out of stepping for the next week and then give it another try. I've been finding plenty of non-step cardio to keep me going.

DH is still up in the mountains. He sent me a picture of the dusting of snow on the mountain they got last night. It looks beautiful. Just wish I had a hot tub here to soak my knee in.

Wendy-I haven't decided which KCM to get first. I'm trying to hold off since I know I have new w/o's on the way. I'm also really ready for another round of STS. I may even just start doing meso 2, my favorite. It would be 3 days of lifting and 3 or 4 days of cardio...plus my class at the rec ctr 2 nights per week.

Diana:: I too am trying to hold off on a new work out purchase. Not only do I have Cathes coming but also just bought those 4 new k/b work outs plus I have a 5th one on the way as we speak! :rolleyes: I want to give STS another go but am going to wait it out a bit longer. I am really enjoying my current rotation and feel it's giving me some results. I will try to work the new Cathe's into it as best I can when they get here and once I have had my fill I will then move on to STS. I think the 2 rotations done back to back will be a good shocker since what I am doing now is very much cardio based and STS, even with 2 cardios between each weight work out (if I do it that way), will not be that way. I am still hesitant that I will be unhappy but I had my DH buy it for me so I need to give it a fair try before I can honestly say it doesn't work for me. I want to love it! I really do! Fingers crossed! :)
 
Hey Ladies ..

WOAH what a freaking Monday .. FIRST of mnth and it is CRAZY INSANE here at the asylum!! Party was a blast ... had a great crowd and we had a great time .. SIL and I had a "tift" .. worried she is not taking meds .. she went off on me .. BIZARE .. her tremors were worse ... :( IDK ... thinking I am like an abrasion to her now .. so I am gonna have to back off give her the room I guess she is wanting .. and pray ...????.. anyway .. the party was good ... we danced and danced .. and went on haunted ride .. was fun!!!

I ended up doing MD cardio interval DVD .. it was good and intersting .. kinda a mild version of insanity style stuff with some kickboxing...but the peaks were REALLY qued up HIGH .. too high for some of the jump turns IMO .. so I modified some of it .. havent done kickboxing in a while and boy did my butt tell it!! YOWZA .. head was too big to do anything ystdy .. LOL

Lori .. so you had a mild Halloween huh?? No worries .. I partied enough for you!! ;)

Wendy .. I am sooo excited to be getting new videos .. shouldnt be long now I dont think!!
