Well no notice yet - sounds like it will be tomorrow maybe?

Diana - I'm all for starting next week as my current rotation will be done this week - will be perfect if I get it by then. Otherwise I could probably either catch up or skip one or two if need be - I'll sub some other high energy Cathe workout or CC or combo? I am excited and now you are making me askeered too since you already do Bootcamp ! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Hope adding some water and making sure you are getting enough cals in as well as out will help with the past weekend's indulgence ! Don't wanna sound like a pain, but are you eating enough for all the workouts you do? Still using your GWF to see your cal burn? I would imagine if the Insanity workouts are as killer as they are portrayed to be (as testimony here on Cathe says they are) that you'll get a good workout even if you take longer rest periods as some have mentioned. I am still anxious - heck sometimes I take longer breaks during Cathe DVD's depending on my energy level, sleep, eating, weather, etc.

Jen - I wouldn't mind dropping down to what I'd like my "ideal weight" to be. The scale was showing another slight drop this AM but I'd love to be back close to where I was a few years ago before the dreaded "once you get old you gain a few lbs a year" syndrome hit. Think I was down to about 117 and had totally leaned out. Got a few extra inches on the hips and a little on the legs so if that disappears I'd be amazed and pleasantly peased. If I only drop a few more pounds I'd still be tickled pink as I am seeing a change in body composition and the scale isn't as important. I'm looking for fewer inches ! :p

K ladies - this should keep us on page 1 for a while - anyone gonna get us to 20 posts for the day? I'm off to do my 4DS legs and perhaps a little light cardio if I get that far. Will NOT lay down after my workout tonight as I want to stay awake ! :rolleyes:
 
All I have to say, Diana, is that IMAX 3 kicks my ever-lovin' arse and I can make it through Insanity (it's tough as nails and I need to either modify the moves, extend the rest periods or take extra ones at times but I make it!) so you should be able to too! It's an awesome sense of accomplishment when you are done too!

Be back in the morning to do the rest of the personals. Time for me to get ready for bed! Early to bed, early to rise...:D
