Good Morning! (I think);)

DS was up two times last night and the 2nd time I gave him some tylenol. He had the shivers and a bit of a temp. I may stay home today depending on how he feels when he wakes up. Hey...I get so many sick days a year and never use them! Or atleast not on myself. It would be nice to have a extra day off and I could stay home and read, in the meatime I don't want DS to be sick in order to get a day off!

My 6:30 session is sick so I am going to hop on the TM for a quick workout before my 7:30 one. I should probably get 30 mins or so in.

I will bbl today! No time for personals!

Good Morning.

I have off today along with my son for MLK Jr. Day....BUT I WAS STILL AWAKE AT 5AM!!!!:mad::mad::mad: I finally gave up on going back to sleep and got out of bed at 5:30. :rolleyes: I can always nap later though. :)

Today will be a short cardio and STS Week 3 Disc 4.

My bum hurts from y'day's leg work out. I did the bonus work y'day since I had the time. Maybe that's why. My legs don't hurt otherwise. I barely upped the weight if at all though b/c I wasn't sure I needed to but perhaps I should have!

So far (knock on wood), I am not seeing/feeling what I did last time while doing STS and I think it's the weight loads that are making the difference. I was seriously lifting waaaay too heavy I think. I am challenging myself now but with realistic weights and getting much better results in every way so far. This makes me happy and it's obvious to me that I did something VERY wrong when doing my 1RM's that first time!:eek:

Lori:: Enjoy your TM run and your 7:30 client. I hope your little one feels better when he gets up.

Hi Ladies,

I am the only one in my household that does not have the day off. I didn't sleep well, tossed and turned since 1:30am. I didn't have this problem when I wasn't working.

The plan was to give Imax 3 a try today, but since I got up late and need my coffee...a shorter w/o will have to take its place. I'm thinking 30/30. Eventually I will work my way back up to 40/20, maybe later this week.

Lori-Hope DS feels better when he wakes up this morning. Good job squeezing in w/o before your next appt.

Wendy-Too bad you didn't get a good night's sleep either. At least you can make up for it later in the day. Glad you've found the proper wt. loads that challenge you for STS. So you are going through all your cardio w/o's without repeating..that sounds so fun. Often times I just forget about w/o's that I don't use on a regular basis.

Hello.

Quick check in to report that Disc 4 did NOT get done today but cardio did. 40 min WOB creation using IMAX2 and CCC w/abs from Travel Fit.

I spent all morning and into the afternoon a bit doing some major decluttering and organizing around here therefore I ran out of time for 2 work outs. I opted for cardio today bc I didn't think I could do STS any justice after the morning I had. Can you exhausted!? Now I have to jet off to do something fun with DS and I haven't even had a nap yet! :eek: I feel like Miss Lori only I'm not used to it! I need a recharge of my batteries!!!!:p

UGGERS last week sucked big time ! ! ! Nothing to report except lots of emotional eating and CABS ! :eek: Work stuff only, nothing personal at least.

Did have a couple of hockey games - they lost while we were there - but won Sat when DS2 was there. Hopefully on a roll now as they seem to have won today in Phoenix ! Woot Woot.

Played with DD and DS1 & GK's on Sat too - enjoyed the sunny day.

Last night finally got a workout in, did Jillian's 6/6 #1 - that tuckered me out enough as it was - even though it is not a hard one. Just finished up STS, started Week 2 today.

Have loads of personals to catch up on - perhaps later tonight or at lunch tomorrow.
