That being said, I am going to work out there solo this evening after I finish training a 6pm client.

So this morning I did this::
12 @ 15/30:
Perfect Push Up Saw
Barbell Squat
Alternating One Arm Swing

Diana:: Glad you and the girls got some time at the water park y'day despite the late start.
