Hey Ladies,
I've been away for a few days. Wednesday night Zach was sick, and it went on all night long. Finally about 7 am he complained of pain in the lower right abdomen. I took him to the ER and after an exam it was determined he had appendecitis. He was in surgery by 10:45am. Poor thing. He is doing a little better this afternoon.
I did Bootcamp on Thursday morning (before I knew how much pain Zach was in), off on Friday and did SJP this morning. I am sick of the scale and of being overweight. It is a constant battle. I'm going to follow an endurance rotation with plenty of weights & cardio until I'm ready to start STS in March. I need to get started on all those 1RM's!
This afternoon I took my SIL and we went to a tea that was put on by one of the groups my MIL belongs to. It was very nice and we had a great time. My MIL is beat though, she puts in so much time preparing food, cleaning up etc.
Wendy-It must be a pretty small gym if they run out of parking during the peak times. I liked the recharge section too, just enough yoga but not too much. What rotation are you following, is it one you came up with??? I really enjoyed Taken too.
Jacque-sorry to read about your back strain. I hate when that happens. On the other hand, it gives me some time to get in my 1RM's! March sounds like a good STS starting point for me. Sorry you are not happy with your job. I've been at my company for almost 19yrs and it's hard to take the chance and move on. I've also considered getting my masters but don't really want to go back to school for that. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
Laura-I know you've been cheating doing those pushups when you know your not supposed to

. I saw a post indicating that STS is not as hard as she anticipated. What do you think? I've only done one STS w/o, 30 min legs (disc 6 I think) and had doms the next 2 days.
Hi Angie, Jen, Dee Dee, Shirl!
