Good Morning.
I TRIPLE checked for a thread this morning so if Lori started one I have no idea where the hell it is!
The rotation calls for LBB for me today. I'm thinking about giving BH's Butt n Balance a go first though. It's short and Laura and Jen have both done it and liked it so I may have to try it. It's either that or I want to try the "barre" work at the end of LBB but I won't have time for both so we'll see. I may also sub in the bosu for cardio instead of using the cardio for an additional challenge.
