Hi Girls!
Today is my rest day. I will likely do a stretch vid like Recharge or Stretchmax. It will help to satisfy the urge to work out as well as add the extra stretching into my routine that it tends to lack. I'm feelin' a bit of DOMS this morning so that is yet another good reason for an extra stretch!
Jacque: Don't ya hate when you SWEAR you've made some positive gains/losses only to get on the scale, use the omron or measure and have it all shattered in just moments!?!? It happens to me all the time lately!!!!!
Glad your legs are feeling better. DOMS is great but I can only take so much of it. Severe DOMS is just no fun!
Yeah my knees are not happy with all of the high impact from Chalean's cardio (which I LOVE!) and now the cardio intervals I've added to the weight work outs. Good thing is that I do not plan to do intervals with the weight work for all 3 work outs PLUS both of Chalean's cardios in the same week. I'm going to mix it all up in addition to the EXT and running to try and limit the jumping atleast a little bit. I would like to keep Burn Intervals in the rotation as much as possible so the lower impact options she offers are going to come in handy.
